Requesting a more intelligent Drawing Set publishing process to to bring up conflicts to decide when a sheet is updated or when it is not updated

The client mentions that for a design build type of project it would be handy to have a conflict intelligence, so the correct drawings could be selected from a list to update matching drawing sheets. This would also allow for drawings that are excluded from the drawing list to be only kept historically for drawings no longer updated. These options are available in other competitive drawing managers.
