Purchase Order Carbon Copying Enhancement

When using the copy function to duplicate information of a purchase order record the information that is copied over is duplicated but does not show the carbon dated information of the original (name, date, email, etc.) rather it shows the information of the person copying the information. Critical information is also lost in translation while using the copy button and will show items have been deleted but not the specifics on which line items along with critical information as to why.
