Provide monitered data change notifications as in Converge
ProjectSight allows users to manually route records. But it requires users to manually route records. This creates additional work for users compared to Converge. For example when an RFI is closed, the user must manually notify everybody affected (often everyone on the job) that the RFI has been closed. Yes, they can use a distribution list which reduces the workload, but it still requires distribution list maintenance (in addition to Project Team maintenance) and a couple of clicks to grab the list. In Converge, the user can develop a notification that automatically notifies everyone (I usually do it by project role plus some others) when the RFI IsClosed . This greatly reduces user workload, routing mistakes, distribution list mistakes, etc.
