Enhancement description:
A role-based training site for users to learn how to properly use ProjectSight. Roles should be PM/PE, Superintendent, Executive, Project Accountant, Subcontractor, Reviewer.
What are we trying to accomplish?
Quickly train new/existing users on how to take advantage of everything that ProjectSight offers.
How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
We have to build our own training materials instead of just training on our company-specific workflow. The current training videos are not even close to good enough.
Suggested implementation:
A thorough training course for each module in the system with step-by-step instructional videos using Trimble provided sample materials. Step the user through creating each record type with videos that instruct them at each step along the way.
