Pinned/Favorite Records Widget

I think it would be useful to have dashboard widgets for pinned/favorite records. Each record (in every module) could have a pin or favorite button that would control its visibility in the widget. This widget would give users quick access to their current pinned records.

Recent Records Widget

I think it would be useful to have a widget that updates automatically with your most recently accessed records. This would allow users to quickly jump back to a record they were previously working on, without having to navigate through the menus.
