Open Future Dates in Daily Reports

This was recently changed so that the wrong month can't be selected, however we have clients who have to assign people to the daily reports for the weekend or next day.

How should it work? Allow users to create Daily Reports for X amount of days in the future but maybe not too far in advance. Perhaps 3-7 days would be ideal.
