Open Budget Detail Information in a full browser page

Currently when clicking to view transactions on a budget code a pop-up window with no option to resize is used to display the data. The user needs to use a horizontal slider to review all data columns. This is very inefficient.

Please display the transaction data in a full web page so that it can be resized and moved to different screens.
