Offer Option to NOT Flatten PDF Files When Uploading

Offer an option as to whether the file is to be flattened or not. When markups are made in Bluebeam, the markups are listed in the markup list at the bottom of Bluebeam. After uploading to ProjectSight and someone downloads it, the markups are no longer listed at the bottom in the markups list. Just let us upload the raw file and decide whether or not to flatten the file.
