Enhancement description: Notifications to be sent based on Status change and security category. for example: "Security category A" want to receive a notification if the record changes to "Open" only, however, "Security category B" wants to receive a notification if the status changes to Approved or closed Only
What is the customer trying to accomplish? The customer teams wants to receive less notifications and more specific to their role.
How is the lack of functionality affecting their business? Receiving many notifications is distracting them and is annoying.
Suggested implementation: In Portfolio settings > Record Settings > (Select any record) > Workflow > upon selecting to turn in/off notifications for a specific state, add the option to select security roles that would receive notification.
