Meeting Minutes - Print Comments from Agenda Items
On the available reports for Meeting Minutes that include those with Comments, it only applies to the main topic, not to the agenda level items. When printing meeting minutes for a meeting, we need the ability to print the comments on the agenda items, otherwise they are not made available unless you are online.
This is an issue throughout the system, anytime we need to report against the child items in a form (such as grouping by assignments), or item level detail like agenda items in meeting minutes or PCO details in a COR report. It's a problem across the board
Meeting Minutes Details Items Report - Is an idea portal item that shows as shipped; however, even though we have the xsds now, we still can't generate the report as needed due to an inability to group and link the data in the item level detail
