*What is the customer trying to accomplish? Not have the Budget/Cost auto
sync when entering PCOs

*How is the lack of functionality affecting their business? Added steps to
completing PCO is the way that is standard for them in Prolog

Suggested implementation: Add the same functionality from Prolog to
ProjectSight

Describe any workarounds? Manually go in and change amounts on every PCO.
