Job Number as a Top level look up list in all modules

Project Sight can not cross pollinate contracts, each job must have its own "card" or "record" within project sight. This becomes problematic when I have 200 + jobs and the same 12 contractors on most jobs. I currently have 86 open contracts to the same vendor, which in turn creates 86 different billings being submitted monthly. If there was a drop down in each module where you could select the job number you are working on, you would be able to change order Job #2 into the contract written for Job #1 and still keep all of the drawing and field documents segregated by job number.

This would also allow you to financially report on your entire portfolio rather than just a single job or having to manually select all jobs w/in the portfolio.
