Instant sign up/invite emails

Enhancement description:

Emails take too slow when inviting new users, about 10-20 minutes. This can slow down intitial setup times for users when they want to get going quickly.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Make the new user setup quicker and more convenient

How is the lack of functionality affecting us?

When setting up many new users, they had to sit and wait around for a while for each email to arrive so they could sign in.

Suggested implementation:

If emails are being sent out on an interval, change this to make ProjectSight invites instant. Describe any workarounds? wait.
