Insert Image(s) to Meeting Reports

Ability to use a current image in a defined size to illustrate and identify meeting reports. Rather than having to add an image in MS Word afterwards, allow a simple way to pull an image from a designated field in the File Library. This may already be possible, but to make it a clear part of completing a meeting process
