Include Linked Records in Report Downloads by using the Default Single Record Report for any Linked Record Types
Enhancement description:
Use the default single record report to include any linked records when viewing, downloading, or printing the current record.
What are we trying to accomplish?
Easily download a record and all linked records into a single PDF package.
How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
Today, we have to download reports for each linked record separately and combine them into a single PDF manually. This feature would save us a huge amount of time. The ability to link records to each other is a great feature but it's usefulness is limited to the website. If you need to export something to paper or PDF to share it, it becomes a very time-consuming process.
Suggested implementation:
When a record is linked to another record, e.g. RFI 101 to SCO 003, RFI 101 should be included in the PDF download of SCO 003 by using the default single record report.
Still waiting for this functionality.
When printing/emailing, or assigning/copying a single record that has linked records or designs, we would like ProjectSight to (optionally) print the linked records to PDF using the default report for that record type and include them in the print/email.
