If a PS User doesn't have access to a Connect project, still show the Models menu button

Enhancement Description: When Projectsight users are in a Project that has been connected to a Trimble Connect project, the Models menu option only appears if they have been invited to the Connect project. This is confusing since it appears to be a PS issue or security rights problem. Ideally it should let them see the button and click it, but take them to an error page on the Connect side describing the issue, that they don't have access to the Connect project yet.

What are we trying to accomplish? Make the Trimble Connect integration functionality easier to configure and understand.

How is the lack of functionality affecting us? Users are confused when the Models button doesn't appear for one user when they have security access to see it. Only when they check Connect will they know what the problem is.

Suggested implementation: Let users see the button and click it, but take them to an error page on the Connect side describing the issue that they don't have access to the Connect project yet.

Describe any workarounds? Double check Connect access for all users.
