    This should be based on permissions per record. Or managed similar to Zoom chats where a user can select to share the comment with all users or specific users in a way that is very clear in the UI to mitigate risk of unauthorized users seeing specific comments. Very useful tool, but permissions appear broad and it is difficult to impossible to understand, as a user, who will see the comments.
