Help for Outside Users

Most of the Help screens I've reviewed have help for the primary users/owners of ProjectSight. Many times I need to point an Owner, Design Team Member or a subcontractor to the help screens to see how to perform their workflow. For example, provide help on how to process an RFI that has been assigned to them or how to process a submittal that has been assigned to them.
