Freeze First Column on all List Views

I think we should have an option to freeze the first column on list views, for all record types.

If enabled, ProjectSight should just freeze whatever the first column is. A user moving any column to the first position would make it the frozen column. This would allow users to scroll horizontally to see many columns, and while maintaining the first column for reference.
