Email Record without a default Report, only include linked files
Sometimes, it is useful to email a record and not include a report, but to only include a selection of linked files.
For example, we have a policy that all Subcontract Change Orders paid from our contingency allowance are initialed by the project estimator. As it is today, there is no way for us to email only the initialed version of an SCO from ProjectSight, since it forces you to include one of the built-in reports.
This forces us to email those SCOs from Outlook instead, and since there is no way to cc a record from an outside email application, there is no quick/easy way to record that conversation inside of ProjectSight.
