Ctrl + down arrow to copy in any grid column

In the 6/13/20 update, Trimble added the ability to copy values down a column by pressing Ctrl + down arrow key in a Drawing Set grid. This feature should be brought to more grids across the system. PCOs should be next. It would be great to change Budget/Cost Allocations for all PCO line items using ctrl + down arrow.
