COR XSD File

We need the SCO Sequence Field added to the PCOItems_ForCOR XSD.

Currently, the SCO Number field is pulled however because this field is the unique identifier for the table and not the actual SCO Number issued to the subcontractor it does not reflect the correct information from a Project Management point of view.
