Contract Invoices - Prompt to ask if you want to populate Change Orders

Currently when you create a new Contract Invoice, it automatically pulls in any Change Orders associated to the Contract no matter what status those Change Orders are in. It would be great if there was a pop-up message that asks if you want to pull in the associated COs.
