Assign items by Security Group (drawings/notices etc)

It can be cumbersome in large teams to assign drawings to sets of individuals each time. If an associated member within a contract team is not named as an assigned person or courtesy copied they have no visibility of the item. This means each RFI/Action etc has to be assigned to large numbers. Could additional function be given to allow a drawing set for example be assigned to a Security Group - Such as the 'Construction Team', or ' The Design Team' - Would give some clarity to the process.
