Allow more flexibility in export/import templates - ability to type in a drop-down

It would be nice to be able to type in a box instead of having to pick from the drop-down. For example, there might be hundreds of spec sections and you have to scroll through them all to get to the one you need, instead of just typing it in and having it recognize and fill in
