Allow documents to be downloadable from link without having trimble account

When sharing documents through RFI, Submittal, Transmittal, etc. it would be extremely beneficial if there was a feature where you could allow outside stakeholders to download the files from the link without needing to create an account.

We interface with many GC's and Subcontractors that we don't expect to use our system, but would still like to use it internally to transmit these files.
