Ad-Hoc Reporting Scheduling

After creating a custom view / ad-hoc report there is no way to schedule that report for someone of a different permission. You can currently share the view yes but the addition of also being able to share the scheduled reports also allows for role restrictions on editing the reports. Right now only individuals with edit permissions can schedule reports for themselves.
