Add Option to Include Reports in Notifications

Add the option to attach a PDF of the record to notification emails. Currently when a workflow notification is sent out, the notification email has links to the records involved, but there is no system option to have a PDF of the record sent instead of just a link.

To be able to send the PDF of the record that the notification was triggered from. This would include all the information from the record.

Users don't want to have to give Project access to some recipients, but still need them to have the full record information from notifications.
