Add Due Dates for checklists

Currently, we are adding due dates as part of the checklist itself. This date has no relevance in the checklist module list view, in the dashboard widgets, or in notifications. It would be great to have the ability to assign the checklist to a person (previous enhancement request) and also give them a due date with notifications and dashboard visibility.

Really taking things to the extreme, if the checklists showed up in a calendar based on the due date, it would be even more functional.
