Add Comments to the Assignments

When someone is assigned to a record, there is the ability to assign a due date. It would be helpful if there were also a short comment section under each assignment to indicate what that user is being asked to do. Sometimes there are multiple assignees that have to do or check different times of the same record and having a comment section would make it clearer as to what they are being asked to do.
