Add ability to apply margins when printing reports (including custom reports), like in Prolog's Report Manager

See attached printscreen from Prolog's Report Manager. Client has custom reports that were made in Crystal Reports and needs ability to tweak the margins without having to go back out into Crystal Reports to make the minor change. In Prolog, even if it was a custom report they could adjust the margins without needing to download/adjust/upload the custom report.
