Ability to 'turn off/remove' Uncommitted Costs from the Budget and Cost Calculations
Our business model manages uncommitted costs differently than the current calculations within ProjectSight. To have the ability to turn off/remove the uncommitted costs from all calculations would allow us to better utilize the budget and cost module without a greater level of customization and impact to your current environment, processes and, customers.
An idea for your consideration, would be a portfolio-level setting that defaults to the current calculations and an opposite setting that removes uncommitted costs from the programmed calclations. This would allow the envirnoment to remain as is, with minimal backend coding required for the operation of this switch and its removal of the calculating dataset.
