Ability to create sub-projects within a project

Client requesting ability to create sub-projects within a project. Locations can be used in some cases but in other cases there is a need to break the sub-projects out with their own budgets and/or greater segregation of records. Some examples could be an apartment complex where each building is being handled as a separate contract, an amusement park where each themed area is a separate contract, a mixed use project with residential, commercial, and recreational components . . .

Cross-project reporting could help with this if they are entered as separate projects
