Ability for Portfolio Admins to see all records in all Projects

Currently, portfolio administrators do not have access to all records in Projectsight. If a portfolio administrator is not part of the same company, it will not display any record created by other companies.

The only workaround is to share with entire project which is not ideal if a user is trying to limit access to records.
