Daily Report Module on iPhone App

It would be useful to have a fully functioning daily report module on the iPhone App. This would allow field teams to real time create, detail and note issues in the field. Voice dictation of the fields would be paramount to allow superintendents, field foremen, etc. to create the data without having to try and type on a small screen.
