When adding Assignments & Courtesy Copies on mobile, it would be very useful to have a company filter. Project contact lists can grow to hundreds over people over the duration of a project and not being able to filter by company can really slow down data entry.
I've included a mockup of how a filter could look, to help illustrate my point. Alternatively, the search button could allow for the user to search by company name and then show only contacts from that company.
