Show Status Bar for Photo and other Uploads

So many times the app crashes while trying to upload photos. This happens on multiple devices. The photos never seem to make it to the web OS. Then a person uploads 15 copies. This needs to be simpler. This needs to be more reliable. The photo module is far behind schedule and I think that will bring resolve to this. But either way, there needs to be a status bar so the users know if the photos made it to the cloud. Furthermore the user should not be required to keep their phone active and on the screen while it may be uploading. This is easy for an office worker to do, but this is not feasable for field staff. We need to make it easier for them.
