Turn on object snaps for measurement tool calibration

Almost all software in the architecture, engineering, and construction fields allow for object snapping. This is a critical feature to ensure that calibration of the measuring tool is as accurate as possible. Currently, the best bet is to zoom way in and click as close as possible... but this is not repeatable nor very accurate.
