Add a version of “Contracts” module to mobile app

Field supervisors need to have access to contracts in the field to determine scope responsibilities. In the least, you could include the attachments in this section (we link or attach the executed contracts in the contract module). Having those Contract attachments through the app would give field supervisors access to the contract without Trimble having to format the entire Contracts module to the mobile app.
