Upload pictures for equipment

I think it would be a good feature to be able to add pics (maybe thumbnail size) to equipment that we add to our daily reports. For those that are not familiar with certain pieces of equipment, this would make it much easier to pick out the right one from the list. Add this to the web and mobile apps.
