Daily Report - Remove Crew as required field for Summary Labor

We use the total # of men and hours instead of the detailed list. The Crew field is required. It will only default for the company rather than the project so all but one foreman have to change it. Either remove it as a required field or allow the default to be on the project.

    I agree with this, we subcontract a lot of work and we don't need to track every worker, only the # of workers and the man hours worked. We also have travelling PMs on the road that visits multiple job sites in 1 day, it could be cumbersome to micromanage our subcontractors when it is not needed.
