Add notifications for mobile. Merged

Our company is using project site exclusively for apartment renovation. We make a new project for each unit. I currently have over 70 projects assigned to me. I am constantly flooded with emails every time something is changed. Could we possibly add an indicator beside the name of the project to symbolize when a new comment, issue has been added, daily report is rejected etc? Anything to let us know that something has changed with in that project. The flood of email is too much to keep up with when you have 70+ projects to oversee.
