Add "comment" and "assignee" icons to Checklists on Mobile App

When reviewing a checklist on the full version you can see when a comment/assignee has been added (screenshot 1), but on the App you cannot see this (screenshot 2). It causes confusion for our inspectors on whether the items they've completed have comments or not.
