Daily Safety Inspections

my job is required to have trade partners complete pre-start scissor liftequipment inspections. This in turn requires my team to print off over 100 inspection sheets per week and then attempting to scan them in to our point file. If there was a way to make ”sharable checklist item that could be filed under safety the trade partner could follow a QR code or NFC to complete it. The onply issue I’m running into is being able to “share” a link from ProjectSight.

    Have you tried creating a Checklist Template? Field leadership can use that to create the checklist and assign it to the foreman. Which will send a clickable link to access.
