Last Synced Status Should Change Color if it's Over a Day

We have had iPads stop syncing and are very concerned that users may not notice that they are out of date. If the Last Synced message becomes days instead of hours, minutes or seconds, it should turn red so the user is alerted. Or maybe it turns yellow at 1 day and red at 3 days. Something visual to tell the user they need to get it resolved so they are not building off of old revisions. This seems like a fairly easy lift that would add a ton of value. Thanks!
