Display Who Has Downloaded Project and Their Last Sync Date

This would be a Project Administrator's screen in the web app. It should show anyone who has downloaded the PM's project to their mobile app and when their last sync occurred. This would alleviate the PM's concern that our people or subcontractors might we working off outdated drawings. Our PM who suggested that referred to a similar feature in Plangrid that he reviewed regularly.
