Mobile Daily Reports and Punch Items Needs to Show ALL Companies
Most of the trades on our job site are, and will never be, ProjectSight users. In the web version of Daily Reports, we can ady company setup in ProjectSight in the Labour section, yet on the mobile, it only lists companies of users of ProjectSight. Same issue with Punch Items. We are not assigning to a specific user so they don't need to be in ProjectSight so we just use the Responsible Company field.
We also cannot uncheck the "Apply Current Project Filter by Default" under the portfolio settings because that then shows ALL companies and contacts in the Assign To opening up major issues with non-ProjectSight users being assigned records that they cannot open.
The mobile app needs to behave in the same manner as the web version. In the web version, we have the option to search all companies, versus just the project ones, so the mobile app needs to have this feature too.
The specific issue I have had related to this is when verifying that a trade contractor has completed PL items. Without the ability to view all companies and then be able to filter/sort by a company, it makes it difficult to efficiently review/sign off PL items when on a walk with a trade contractor. The best I have been able to do is search for a company name as sort of an ad hoc filter.
