Need Ability to Create Purchase Orders on Mobile

We need to be able to enter POs on mobile as many of our site users do the data entry and the PMs would approve on their laptops. We can do this with our existing solution.

    We are looking for this also so that are receiving department can add packing slips when ordered are received. They would take a picture and add as a comment.
