Checklist Comments

Currently there is no way to view all the comments on a checklist without opening up each line item or printing a report. Can a preview comments button be added so you can see all the comments for all checklist line iems without printing a report.

    We just “resolved” this actually a workaround. If I understand correctly, when comments or attachments or photos are added to an individual checklist item within a checklist, these items don’t appear when the report is printed. The original solution was to add these items as a link to the entire checklist so they would be included in a print or download of the checklist. It isn’t ideal since it is best to keep photos of individual checklist items with that checklist item. We found that if you select multiple checklists from the checklist home page and then batch print, the individual items within a checklist item appear. This should be fixed by PS so when a checklist is opened and then downloaded or printed, ALL links and attachments are included.
