Add a visual for syncing projects for the first time. It sits in "Waiting to be synced" for 5-10+ minutes

The project sync in mobile when selected can make you wait 5-10 minutes with a message "Waiting to be synced." If you have a small project when it finally get a progress bar it finishes in like a couple of minutes. Could we have a progress bar come up at the beginning. It is frustrating to have really fast internet and your Mobile device with that message Waiting to be synced like it is doing nothing. Is it really waiting in line?
